1. What happens if I meet someone and they don't have the ONECARD app?

 

Great question. We'll have an option where you can email or text a special link. The link will take them to where they'll be able to create their account and automatically have access to your card. 

 

2. Is using NFC and BLE as quick as giving someone a printed card?

 

Yes. We have a "quick send" option that quickly sends your business card. Once you select the card you want to send, the transfer takes less than a second. 

 

3. If I change my the business card's design a few months later, do people who I gave out my card to previously see the new design?

 

Yes. All design changes to the business card will automatically update to everyone who has your business card. People will always see your current design. 

 

4. When are you planning to launch the application? 

 

The aim is to launch the application in 4 months, January 2014. 

 

5. What are stacks?

 

A "stack" is just a group of business cards that you'd like to send together all at once. You can create stacks of up to 10 business cards and send them out all at once. Great for sending out your teams business cards all with just one send. 

 

6. What does the About Us page do and who sees it?

 

Once you give your card out, the About Us page is what people will see when they click on your card. The About Us page is your chance to market you and your company. You can talk about your products and services and what you do at the company. It's where you can show anything you'd want a potential client to see. Only those who have access to your business card can see your About Us page. 

 

7. What does Auto Language Conversion do? 

 

Once you set your default language, every card you receive will automatically convert to your preferred language. If you meet someone in Japan and receive their card, it will automatically convert it from Japanese to your preferred language. 

 

8. Can I write notes on the cards? 

 

Yes. Once you receive a card, you'll have the option to write a note on it and even set a reminder. 

 

9. Can I access and manage my cards from anywhere? 

 

Yes, you'll be able to login into your account from our website and manage all your cards from anywhere around the world.
